Shipping policy
Shipping timeframe is currently 3-5 business days depending on the postal service in your area. Also, please do not checkout with express delivery! Reason being due to waiting on payment process for fraudulent behavior! We all know the feeling we all get when we click the "Complete Order" button. 2 minutes later like where's my order?? We are excited as you are to see you slay the goodies you just bought. This is why we strive to get your order out as quickly as possible.
Please note, Krave Boutique 313 is not responsible for any delays caused by USPS or the other shipping carriers we work with, especially during high volume seasons.
We do not ship Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays: Easter, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Day & New Years Day. Any orders placed on these days, will be dispatched the following business day. Please allow a few more days for delivery during this high volume season to avoid disappointment. We will continue to ensure your Krave Boutique 313 order gets to you ASAP, however, we do appreciate your patience!
Items purchased on pre-order may take between 1-4 weeks to be delivered. Having a pre-order item amongst other items in your order will hold back the delivery for your ENTIRE order (PLEASE ORDER YOUR PRE-ORDER ITEM SEPARATE FROM YOUR OTHER ITEMS!) Lost Packages where tracking shows delivered. Krave Boutique 313 is NOT, under any circumstance, responsible for packages lost/damaged/stolen in transit, incorrectly supplied addresses, unclaimed/refused packages, or lost/stolen packages marked "Delivered" by USPS. If your package falls under any of these categories, please contact USPS directly to file a claim at 800-275-8777.
